My favorite book was Catcher and the Rye, I like the first person narrative style of writing. It really caught me right away and I couldn't stop reading it. I finished it in a couple of days. I liked the fact that he ran away from his school and then went on an adventure in NYC. He got caught up with prostitutes, gambling, getting way too drunk, and a couple bar fights later he found a girlfriend, and he did this all in a week or two. And then he told his father off  at the end of his journey. He finally built up the courage to tell him that the he flunked out of the private school he was going to. It's a story of lust, greed, blasphemy, courage, and rage.
